54. To a deed and conveyance from Mary E. Daniells,
surviving tenant by entirety, to the General Conference Cor-
poration of Seventh-day Adventists, to Lot 7, in Block Two
(2) of a subdivision called "Hill Crest, " in Takoma Park,
Maryland, as described in a deed recorded among the Land
Records of Montgomery County, Maryland, in Liber 608,
at folio 491.

55. To a deed and conveyance from the General Confer-
ence Corporation of Seventh-day Adventists, a Corporation,
to the Washington Missionary College, to parts of tracts of
land called "Hills and Dales, " and "Beall's Contest, " as de-
scribed in a deed recorded among the Land Records of Mont-
gomery County, Maryland, December 21, 1935, in Liber 612,
folio 495, and bearing date of December 20, 1935.

56. To a deed and conveyance from Mary A. Steward,
surviving joint tenant, to the General Conference Corpora-
tion of Seventh-day Adventists, conveying Lot ten (10) in
Block One (1) of a subdivision called "Hill Crest, " as de-
scribed in a deed dated January 15, 1936, and recorded
among the Land Records of Montgomery County, Maryland,
February 1, 1936.

57. To the devises and bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament and Codicil thereto of Zaidee T. Thomas,
late of Baltimore City, deceased, of record in the office of
the Register of Wills of said City, in Wills Liber J. H. B. No.
180, folio 275, etc.

(1. ) To the Central Presbyterian Church, on Eutaw
Place near Dolphin Street, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
($500).

58. To the devises and bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Elizabeth A. Reilly, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, of record in the Office of the Register of
Wills of said City, in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 181, folio 350.

(1) To the Catholic Near East Welfare Association, lo-
cated in New York City, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
($500).

(2) To Little Sisters of the Poor, now located at Valley
and Eager Streets, Baltimore, Md., the sum of Three Hun-
dred Dollars ($300).
