(3) To the Very Reverend John F. Fenlon, principal of
St. Mary's Seminary, Roland Park, Baltimore, Md., for
Seminary purposes, the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1, 000).

(4) To Rev. Mother Seraphin, or in the event of her
death before my death then to the Reverend Mother in
charge of Carmelite Monastery corner Biddle and Caroline
Streets, Baltimore, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
($500),

(5) To the Dominican Nuns of the Perpetual Rosary at
Catonsville, Maryland, the sum of Three Hundred Dollars
($300).

(6. ) To the Reverend Mother in charge of the Car-
melite Monastery, 1808 Eighteenth Avenue, Seattle, Wash-
ington, the sum of Eight Hundred Dollars ($800).

59. To the deed dated 16th day of December, 1931, con-
veying a certain lot of ground with the improvements there-
on, on the southeast side of Copley Road, in the City of
Baltimore, State of Maryland, from Virginia Allen Boteler
to the Trustees of the Congregation of the Disciples of Jesus
Christ in the City of Baltimore said deed being duly re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 5272, folio 579.

60. To the following gifts and bequests contained in the
Last Will and Testament of Guy M. Eytinge, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, and which Last Will and Testament
is recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Liber J. H. B. No. 184, folio 227, viz.:

(1) To the Oheb Shalom Congregation of Baltimore the
sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500), cash.

(2) To the gift of the rest, residue and remainder of the
Estate of the said Guy M. Eytinge after the expiration of
the life estate of Irving Froehlich, to Mt. Pleasant, Inc.,
formerly known as Jewish Home for Consumptives of Bal-
timore, a body corporate of the State of Maryland.

61. To the following gifts and bequests to Helping Up
Mission, Baltimore City, a body corporate, and a religious
corporation; Sept., 1926, from W. S. Castle, $285; October,
1928, from Mrs. Mary A. Warner, $35. 58; June, 1931, from
W. B. Oliver, $222. 14, and 3 shares Penna. Water & Power
Company stock, 1 share Mercantile Trust Company stock,
2 shares Merchants and Miners Transportation Company
stock, 2 shares Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Company stock;
