48. To deed from Francis C. Fossett and wife to Trus-
tees of the Asbury M. E. Church of Baltimore, date Oc-
tober 7, 1875, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore County in Liber J. B. No. 93, folio 461, conveying
fee-simple property.

49. To deed from Mary A. Burke, widow, to Most Rev-
erend Michael J. Curley, Archbishop of Baltimore, dated
July 6, 1933, recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City, in Liber S. C. L. No. 5366, folio 112, conveying
reversionary interest in property No. 2802 Forest Park
Avenue.

50. To devise and bequest contained in the Last Will
and Testament of William A. Fletcher, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, of record in the Office of the Register of
Wills of said City, in Wills Liber H. W. J. No. 131, folio 103,
to Trustees of the Catholic Cathedral Church of Baltimore.

51. To a deed from Nicholas G. Penniman, III, Trustee,
to the Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church of
the Diocese of Maryland, recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5557, folio 74, con-
veying the fee simple interest in a lot and house being
known as No. 1110 W. Lafayette Avenue, Baltimore, Mary-
land.

52. To a deed and conveyance from Mitchell Shievitz
and Fannie Shievitz, his wife, to Washington Missionary
College, to the easterly part of Lot numbered Thirteen (13)
in Edwin R. Palmer's sub-division of Lots, 1, 2, and 3, in
Block numbered forty-nine (49) in B. F. Gilbert's Addition
to Takoma Park, as described in a deed dated October 3,
1929, and recorded in Liber 494, at folio 48, of the Land
Records of Montgomery County, Maryland.

53. To a deed and conveyance from Lucy Olds Hall, sur-
viving joint tenant, to the General Conference Corporation
of Seventh-day Adventists, to Lot 40 in Heber L. Thornton's
resubdivision of Lots Nos. 15 to 20 in Block lettered "A"
of Gilbert and Wood's subdivision of Takoma Park, Mary-
