and Testament of T. George Carroll, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills of
said City, in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 175, folio 232, to Oblate
Sisters of Providence.

44. To devise and bequest contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Laura Garrigan, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills of
said City, in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 180, folio 585, to St.
Vincent de Paul Society.

45. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Ella C. O'Hare, late of Baltimore County,
deceased, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills
of said County, in Wills Liber J. P. C. No. 27, folio 387, viz.:

(1. ) Monsignor Cornelius F. Thomas, St. Patrick's
Church, Washington, D. C.

(2. ) Sisters of Mercy, Mercy Hospital.

(3. ) Associated Professors of St. Mary's Seminary.

(4. ) Michael J. Curley, Archbishop of Baltimore.

46. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Joseph F. Kelly, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills of
said City, in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 168, folio 90, viz.:

(1. ) St. James Catholic School.

(2. ) St. John's Catholic School.

(3. ) Provincial Home of the Little Sisters of the Poor.

(4. ) Catholic Sisters in charge of the St. Joseph's Sana-
torium at El Paso, Texas.

(5. ) Dominican Sisters of the Perpetual Rosary, Ca-
tonsville.

(6. ) Oblate Sisters of Providence.

(7. ) Mount St. Joseph's College, Inc., Baltimore, and
Franciscan Sisters.

47. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of William J. Hartigan, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, of record in the office of the Register of
Wills of said City, in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 177, folio 572,
viz.:

(1. ) Most Rev. Michael J. Curley, Archbishop of Bal-
timore.

(2. ) St. Vincent de Paul Society.
