and from Eastern, Southern and Western Maryland, for
the purpose of making a comprehensive survey of the en-
tire traffic problem, and to submit the results of such sur-
vey, together with any recommendations, to the Governor
and the General Assembly at its session in 1937 as to ways
and means of reducing or eliminating automobile accidents
and traffic hazards.
