tices of the Peace at Large shall sit for the trial of cases
in the Town of Frostburg, and one of the said Justices of
the Peace at Large shall sit for the trial of cases in the
Town of Mount Savage, and one of said Justices of the
Peace at Large shall sit for the trial of cases in the Town
of Midland; and one of said Justices of the Peace at Large
shall sit for the trial of cases in the town of Lonaconing;
and one of said Justices of the Peace at Large shall sit for
the trial of cases in the town of Barton; and one of said
Justices of the Peace at Large shall sit for the trial of cases
in the town of Westernport. Each of said Justices of Peace
at Large shall have suitable offices conveniently located
for the trial of cases. The two Justices of the Peace at
Large who shall sit for the trial of cases in the City of
Cumberland shall each receive an annual salary in the
amount of Three Thousand ($3, 000. 00) Dollars, payable
monthly; the two Justices of the Peace at Large who shall
sit for the trial of cases in the town of Frostburg shall each
receive an annual salary in the amount of Twelve Hundred
($1, 200. 00) Dollars, payable monthly; and the said Jus-
tices of the Peace at Large who shall sit for the trial of
cases in the towns of Mount Savage, Midland, Lonaconing,
Barton and Westernport shall each receive an annual sal-
ary of Six Hundred ($600. 00) Dollars each, payable month-
ly. The compensation of all Justices of the Peace appointed
in and for Allegany County, except the compensation as
hereinbefore provided for Justices of the Peace at Large,
shall be such fees and commissions as Justices of the Peace
may be entitled to receive under the General State Laws
applicable thereto.

Section 179-B. The salaries paid to the said two Jus-
tices of the Peace at Large who shall sit for the trial of
cases in the City of Cumberland shall be in lieu of all fees
and costs in both civil and criminal cases, all of which said
fees and costs, including costs in motor vehicle cases, shall
be paid to the Treasurer of Allegany County each month.
The salaries paid to the said Justices of the Peace at Large
who shall sit for the trial of cases in the towns of Frost-
burg, Mount Savage, Midland, Lonaconing, Barton and
Westernport shall be in lieu of criminal fees and costs, all
of which said criminal fees and costs, including costs in
motor vehicle cases, shall be paid to the Treasurer of Alle-
gany County each month.

Section 179-C. The two said Justices of the Peace at
Large, who shall sit for the trial of cases in the City of Cum-
