CHAPTER 133.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Som-
erset County to sell or lease the County Alms House
Farm and properties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Somerset
County be and they are hereby authorized and empowered
to sell or lease the County Alms House Farm and prop-
erties, and in case of sale to give a good and sufficient deed
for said farm and properties so sold. The proceeds from
said sale or any money received in case the said properties
are leased shall be paid over to the County Treasurer of
Somerset County as a part of the general funds of the
County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency law and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety,
and having been passed upon by a yea and nay vote, sup-
ported by three-fifths of all the members elected to each
of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Approved April 29, 1936.

CHAPTER 134.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 89B of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement), title "State
Roads, " said new section to be known as Section 7G and
to follow immediately after Section 7F of said Article,
requiring the State Roads Commission to submit monthly
statements to the County Commissioners of the several
counties relative to the receipts and expenditure of funds
allocated to the several counties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 89B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1935 Sup-
plement), title "State Roads, " said new section to be known
as Section 7G and to follow immediately after Section 7F
of said Article, and to read as follows:
