7G. The State Roads Commission is hereby directed to
forward to the Board of County Commissioners of each of
the counties not later than 45 days after the close of each
month, a statement of the expenditures made from the
funds in the hands of the Commission allocated for each
of said counties and the purposes for which made, such as
construction, maintenance of county roads and bridges
and/or Debt Service, and to segregate such disbursements
according to the Classification adopted for the records of
the Commission. The State Roads Commission is hereby
directed to notify the respective Boards of County Commis-
sioners of the total receipts credited in each month, the dis-
bursements from said account and the balance remaining
to the credit of the County at the end of each month, and
the amount, if any, of this balance that is encumbered and
for what purpose.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1936.

CHAPTER 135.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Commis-
sioners of Talbot County to borrow, upon the faith and
credit of said County, not exceeding $60, 000. 00 for any
emergency purpose or for any public improvement or
purpose, and to issue bonds or other evidence of indebt-
edness therefor, and to provide for the levying of taxes
for the payment of said bonds and the interest thereon.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Talbot
County be and they are hereby authorized and empowered
to borrow, at any time and from time to time, upon the
faith and credit of said County, as they in their discretion
may determine, not to exceed in the aggregate $60, 000. 00,
to be used for any emergency purpose or for any general
public purpose or public improvement.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That the said County
Commissioners of Talbot County be and they are author-
ized to issue bonds or other evidences of indebtedness
