ing the law by refusing to comply with its provisions. Pro-
vided that nothing in this sub-title shall apply to the City
of Baltimore, or to the City of Cambridge.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1936.

CHAPTER 76.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section
2 of Article 2B of Flack's Annotated Code of Maryland,
1935 Supplement, title "Alcoholic Beverages, " sub-title
"Prohibition Without License, " conferring concurrent
jurisdiction upon the Police Justice of Dorchester County
as to violations of this section in said County.

CHAPTER 77.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 6 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Caroline County, " sub-title "Greensboro, " said new sec-
tion to be known as Section 298A and to follow immedi-
ately after Section 298 of said Article, empowering the
Commissioners of Greensboro to pass ordinances and
make by-laws providing for the rates, rents and charges
for the use and service of sewerage, drainage and water
supply systems and to make such rates, rents and charges
a lien upon the property used or served by said sewer-
age, drainage or water supply systems until paid, and
providing that the same shall be collectible as other mu-
nicipal taxes are collectible.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Caroline County, " sub-title "Greens-
boro, " said new section to be known as Section 298A and
to follow immediately after Section 298 of said Article, and
to read as follows:
