sum of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8, 000. 00) for the use of
the Wicomico County Volunteer Firemen's Association. Said
sum shall be paid annually to the Treasurer of said Associa-
tion and shall be disbursed by him only by order of the
Board of Directors of said Association to the member com-
panies or departments of said Association, organized and
motorized and approved by the said Association's directors,
to be equally divided to companies meeting the require-
ments of said board, only for the purpose of purchasing and
repairing fire apparatus and equipment; provided, how-
ever, that no payments shall be made to any company or
department which has any resolutions or regulations limit-
ing the territory within which it will respond to calls.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1936.

CHAPTER 57.
AN ACT to authorize the County Board of Education of
Cecil County to use any of the proceeds from the sale of
bonds under Chapter 361 of the Acts of 1922 now in its
hands.
WHEREAS, The Board of Education of Cecil County has
four thousand five hundred dollars ($4, 500. 00) from the
sale of the bonds issued under Chapter 361 of the Acts
of 1922 it was allocated for improving or building an addi-
tion to the school building in the Eighth Election District;
and
WHEREAS, It is not desired to make any of these improve-
ments in the Eighth Election District but said funds could
be used to advantage in other districts; therefore
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Board of Education of Cecil
County be and it is hereby authorized to expend the four
thousand five hundred dollars ($4, 500. 00) of proceeds of
the bonds issued under Chapter 361 of the Acts of 1922
now in its hands, together with any interest which may
have accrued thereon, for the construction of a school build-
