Ordered, That the House of Delegates Committees appointed by
the Speaker of the House of Delegates during regular session of
1949 be and they are hereby continued to serve during the special
session of 1949, and be it further ordered that the speaker is
hereby authorized and empowered to fill any vacancy or vacancies
that may exist in said committees by reason of death, resignation
or any other manner.

Ordered, That the Speaker appoint the employees necessary for
the proper transaction of business of the session, this order to
remain in effect until changed or modified by the House of
Delegates.
