Senator Della moved that the rules be suspended in order to report
report the following bill and two-thirds of the Senators-elect, voting
in the affirmative, the rules were suspended by yeas and nays as
follows:

ING", MAKING IT LAWFUL TO CONDUCT CARNIVALS,
BAZAARS, BINGO GAMES OR RAFFLES BY CERTAIN OR-
GANIZATIONS IN CARROLL COUNTY.

Favorable report adopted.

The bill was read the second time and ordered printed for its
third reading.

Upon further motion by Senator Della, and two thirds of all
the Senators-elect voting in the affirmative, the rules were suspended
by yeas and nays as follows, and bill put upon its third reading and
final passage.
