Senator Della moved that the rules be suspended in order to report
the following bill, and two-thirds of the Senators-elect, voting in
the affirmative, the rules were suspended by yeas and nays as
follows :

AFFIRMATIVE.
Messrs.—

President, Bailey, Balch, Barton, Beck, Carter, Davis, Della, Ellison, Fraley,
Goldstein, Hoff, Hofferbert, Johnson, Guy, Johnson, T. F., Kimble, McAllister,
McLaughlin, Monroe, O'Neill, Phoebus, Shallcross, Sotheren, Storm, Strom-
berg, Stromeyer, Thomas, Turnbull, White. Total—29

NEGATIVE—NONE.

The rules being suspended, Senator Della, for the Committee on
Judicial Proceedings, reported favorably:

Senate Bill No. 4—By Senator Phoebus:

Subject: "OYSTERS AND CLAMS", RELATING TO THE
SIZE OF BOATS USED FOR DREDGING OYSTERS IN SOM-
ERSET COUNTY.

Favorable report adopted.

The bill was read the second time and ordered printed for its
third reading.

Upon further motion by Senator Della, and two-thirds of all the
Senators-elect voting in the affirmative, the rules were suspended
by yeas and nays as follows, and bill was put upon its third reading
and final passage.
