(2) The remainder of the proceeds of the sale of said bonds
shall be used, expended and applied by the said Board for
the following purposes, to wit: To construct, erect, build, re-
build or reconstruct the present Court House Building located
on its present site, as in the judgment, of a majority of the
Board may seem best, and to tear down and remove all or so
much of the present Court House as may be necessary for
said erection, construction, reconstruction or rebuilding, and
to furnish the said building with proper furniture and filing
cases, and to drain said Court House Building and the land
on which it shall be remodeled or erected, and provide suitable
outlets for the sewage therefrom in and across the public streets
of said town, and under and across such other lands as may
be necessary for that purpose, and the said Commissioners are
hereby authorized and empowered to acquire either by private
purchase or condemnation proceedings a triangular parcel of
land on the west side of Court Street in the Town of Rock-
ville, Montgomery County, Maryland, together with the build-
ings and improvements, if any, thereon, in whole or in part,
said triangular parcel of land being more particularly de-
scribed as follows: "Beginning for the same at a point on the-
north side of Jefferson Street, in the Town of Rockville, Mont-
gomery County, Maryland, distant 47 feet westerly from the
northwest corner of the inter section of Jefferson and Court
Streets, as shown on the plat of the Block West of Montgomery
County Court House of Montgomery County, Maryland, pre-
pared by Joseph N. Starkey, Surveyor for Montgomery Coun-
ty, Maryland, under date of March, 1929, and said triangular
parcel of land running thence with the north side of Jefferson
Street easterly 47 feet to the northwest corner of the intersec-
tion of Jefferson and Court Streets, thence with the west side
of Court House in a northerly direction. 330 feet, more or less,
to the northeast corner of the property of the Farmers' Bank-
ing and Trust Company, thence in a southwesterly direction
in a straight line to the place of beginning, " provided that in
the acquisition of the said triangular parcel of land, the said
County Commissioners, with the consent and approval of the
Mayor and Council of the Town of Rockville, aforesaid, are
hereby authorized, empowered and directed to relocate the-
present bed of Court Street, and to acquire by donation, or
otherwise, so much of said present bed of Court Street as may
be necessary to relocate the east side of Court Street and in the
Town of Rockville, aforesaid, so as the east side of said street
shall run parallel and at a distant of fifty feet easterly, more
