CHAPTER 324.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 10, 11, 12 and 13 of Article 90 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title
"Sureties, " sub-title "Completion of Collections by Sheriffs
and Collectors of Taxes. "

WHEREAS, Sections 10, 11, 12 and 13 of Article 90 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), are duplicates of
Sections 105, 106, 107 and 108 of Article 16 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Chancery, " sub-title
"Jurisdiction"; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 10, 11, 12 and 13 of Article 90 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Sureties, "
sub-title "Completion of Collections by Sheriffs and Collectors
of Taxes, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

Approved April 11, 1929.

CHAPTER 325.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 2
of Article 38 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title
"Fines and Forfeitures, " so as to prohibit the payment of
informer's fees.

(Vetoed. )

CHAPTER 326.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 31
of Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1888 Edition), title "St. Mary's County, " sub-title
"County Commissioners, " as said section was amended by
Chapter 513 of the Acts of 1922, increasing the compen-
sation of the Clerk to the Board of Commissioners.
