and waterways of the State against erosion by the action of
the elements or other causes and for improvement of said
waterfront and waterways.

(b) To co-operate in carrying into effect such plans or
recommendations for the improvement or development of
waterfront property and waterways within the State as may
be adopted by the Legislature.

(c) To represent the State of Maryland in convention or
conference of associations or bodies formed for the purpose
of discussion of such problems and to become members of
such associations or bodies as representatives of the State and
to represent the State in all matters affecting waterways
and/or waterfront property.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted as aforesaid, That noth-
ing herein contained shall be construed as limiting or curtail-
ing the powers of any existing governmental agency of the
State of Maryland.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted as aforesaid, That all
Acts or parts of Acts inconsistent with the provisions hereof
be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted as aforesaid, That this
Act shall take effect from June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 323.

AN ACT to add four new sections to Article 93 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland 1924, title "Testamentary Law, "
sub-title "Inventory and List of Debts, " to be numbered
230A, 230B, 230C and 230D, and to follow immediately
after Section 230 relating to safe deposit boxes of deceased
persons and the opening and listing of the contents thereof.
