SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1888 Edition), title "St. Mary's County, " sub-title "County
Treasurer, " said new section to be known as Section 25½, to
follow immediately after Section 25 of said Article as amended
by Chapter 225 of the Acts of 1912, and to read as follows:
25½. The said County Treasurer is hereby directed to re-
port to the County Commissioners of St. Mary's County on or
before the first day of May each year the amount of revenue-
collected by him during the preceding year from the license
tax on dogs and from taxes on motor vehicles and the disburse-
ments made by him from the revenues received from each of
said taxes.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 296.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 19 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1888 Edition), title "St.
Mary's County, " said new section to be under sub-title
"Foxes, " to be known as Section 51B and to follow im-
mediately after Section 51A of said Article, and to pro-
hibit the trapping of foxes in St. Mary's County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1888 Edition), title "St. Mary's County, " said new section
to be under sub-title "Foxes, " to be known as Section 51B,
to follow immediately after Section 51A of said Article, and
to read as follows:
51B. It shall be unlawful in Saint Mary's County for any
person in any manner to trap any fox or to set any trap
