of the said new spur road from Hyattsville to the District
Line at Rhode Island Avenue and $150, 000 for the construc-
tion of the unimproved section aforesaid of the Columbia Road;

2. For the construction of a road to be known as the East-
ern Shore Boulevard, said road beginning at the State road
by Gibson's Store in the town of Queen Anne, in Queen Anne's
County, and running via Wye Mills to Queenstown, in said
county, eliminating, if possible, the two railroad crossings at
Queenstown, and meeting, at Queenstown, the improved road
already constructed from Queenstown to Stevensville, and
then from Stevensville, southerly, to an appropriate point on
the Canal proposed to be constructed through or across Kent
Island by the Claiborne-Annapolis Ferry Company, $536, 000
of which $500, 000 shall be taken from the issue of June 15,
1929 and $36, 000 from the issue of June 15, 1930;

3. For the completion of the Northwestern Turnpike,
United States Route No. 50, by the construction of a road
in Garrett County from a point on Backbone Mountain to the
Maryland and West Virginia State line at Gormania and for
aiding in the construction of a bridge over the Potomac River
where said road crosses said river at the Maryland and West
Virginia State line, $150, 000, the same to be taken from the
issue of June 15, 1929;

4. For the construction of a road from some appropriate
point on the State road from Solomon's Island to Annapolis
near All Saints' Church at Sunderland, to a point in Anne
Arundel County near Hill's Bridge across the Patuxent River,
$500, 000, which shall be taken from the issue of June 15,
1929;

5. For the widening of the unwidened sections of the Na-
tional Pike, United States Route No. 40, between Hagerstown,
in Washington County, and Cumberland, in Allegany County,
$374, 000, the same to be from the issue of June 15, 1929;

6. For the construction of a road from some appropriate
point on the North Point road in Baltimore County and run-
ning thence to Hart Island and thence across Hart Island by
bridge or trestle to Miller Island and thence to a point on
Miller Island, where is to be located the bridge across the
Chesapeake Bay authorized by Chapter 207 of the Acts of
