SEC, 6. And be it further enacted, That the said Commis-
sioners of Aberdeen be and they are hereby authorized to ac-
quire and own in its own name for the benefit of said munici-
pal corporation the land within the limits of said Town of
Aberdeen on which to construct and maintain the building
aforesaid, and to use so much of the proceeds of said bonds as
may be necessary for that purpose.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from and after the first day of June, 1929.

ishments, sub-title "Wages—Payment of by Certain Corpo-
rations. ''

WHEREAS, Section 532 of Article 27 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1924 Edition), is a duplicate of Section 151 of
Article 23 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition),
title "Corporations, " sub-title "Miscellaneous Provisions";

therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 532 of Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Crimes and Punish-
ments, " sub-title "Wages—Payment of by Certain Corpora-
tions, " be and it is hereby repealed.
