SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Cecil County,
Maryland, be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
refund to the Charlestown Sand and Stone Company, the sum
of one hundred thirty dollars and twenty cents ($130. 20)
paid in error by it into the County Treasury, as County taxes
for the years 1923, 1924, 1925, 1926, 1927 and the said
County Commissioners are hereby directed to levy in the
next succeeding levy for taxes, a sum sufficient to pay the
Charlestown Sand and Stone Company the above mentioned
amount.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 235.

AN ACT to add an additional section to Article 77 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Public
Education, " sub-title "County Board of Education, " to be
known as Section 59B, and to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 59A, providing for detailed itemized accounts of the
receipts and expenditures of school moneys to the County
Commissioners of Carroll County.

CHAPTER 236.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 7 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1888 Edition), title
"Carroll County, " sub-title "Revenue and Taxes, " said
new sections to be known as Section 133A, to follow imme-
diately after Section 133 of said Article, and to deal with
the bond of the tax collector of Carroll County.
