Article 7 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1888 Edition), title "Carroll County, " sub-title "Revenue
and Taxes, " said new section to be known as Section 133A, to
follow immediately after Section 133 of said Article, and to

read as follows:

133A. The bond required of collectors of State taxes by
Section 40 of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1924 Edition), shall, in the case of the collector of State
taxes in Carroll County, be in no greater penalty than the sum
of thirty thousand dollars ($30, 000).

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws, whether
public general or public local, inconsistent with the provisions
of this Act, be and they are hereby repealed to the extent of
such inconsistency.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 237.

AN ACT to add a new Section to Article 77 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Public Educa-
tion, " sub-title "County Board of Education, " said new sec-
tion to be known as Section 59B, and to follow immediately
after Section 59A of said Article, providing for detailed
itemized accounts of the receipts and expenditures of school
moneys to the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel
County.
