SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the said bonds shall
be issued bearing date as of the first day of the month in which
they are issued, and said bonds shall be numbered consecu-
tively, beginning with number one (1), and shall be payable as
follows: Twenty-two (22) bonds in 1936, thirty-eight (38).
bonds in 1937, forty (40) bonds in 1938, forty-two (42) bonds
in 1939, forty-four (44) bonds in 1940, forty-seven (47)
bonds in 1941, fifty (50) bonds in 1942, and seventeen (17)
bonds in 1943.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the said interest
coupons and said bonds shall be payable at the office of the
County Treasurer for Wicomico County, and whenever such
coupon or coupons, bond or bonds shall have been paid or re-
deemed, it or they shall be cancelled or destroyed by the County
Treasurer and note thereof made on record of said bond.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners for Wicomico County, Maryland, shall advertise
the said bonds in at least two newspapers published in Wicom-
ico County, and one newspaper published in Baltimore City,
and by such other advertisement as may to them seem proper
and advisable, inviting sealed proposals for the purchase of
said bonds or any part thereof, with the privilege to the said
County Commissioners for Wicomico County to reject any
and all bids, and no bid shall be accepted at less than par; the
said County Commissioners shall advertise said bonds for such
length of time as to them may seem adequate, and shall offer
said bonds either all at the same time or at different intervals
and amounts as may be most advantageous to the "School
Building Commission of Salisbury, " which is hereby created,
in carrying on the work for which said bonds are issued; and
no part of the money arising from the sale of said bonds shall
be used except for the purpose designated and provided for in
this Act; provided, that the cost of engraving or printing said
bonds and the costs of advertising authorized by this Act, and
the other incidental expenses connected with the issuance of
said bonds, may be paid out of said funds.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That E. Riall White,
Paul E. Watson and Howard II. Ruark, all of Wicomico
County, State of Maryland, be, and they are hereby appointed
Commissioners for the purposes and with the powers herein
