set forth; they shall be known as the "School Building Com-
mission of Salisbury, " and shall hold office from the date of
the ratification of this Act by the qualified voters of Wicomico
County at the election herein provided and until the comple-
tion of the work authorized herein. One of said Commissioners
having been appointed by the County Commissioners of Wicom-
ico County, another by the Board of Education of Wicomico
County, and the third by the State Senator and members of
the House of Delegates from Wicomico County, it is hereby
expressly provided that in the event of the death or resigna-
tion of any member of the said Commission, the vacancy there-
in shall be filled in the same manner as the original member
was appointed. The Commission shall organize by electing a
Chairman and a Secretary from its members and all of said
Commissioners shall serve without salary.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That after the pay-
ment of expenses provided for in Section 5 hereof, the money
arising from the sale of said bonds shall be paid over to the
Treasurer of Wicomico County and credited by him to the
said "School Building Commission of Salisbury, " to be used
in its discretion and under its supervision and direction for
securing a proper site and for building and equipping a high
school building in Salisbury, and for those purposes the said
"School Building Commission of Salisbury" is clothed with
full authority to contract for, supervise, direct and control
such work in such manner as its discretion may deem to the
best public interest, and full power is given to it to employ
and pay over from said funds all architects, builders or other
persons, supervisors or agents as may in the judgment of said
"School Building Commission of Salisbury" be and seem ad-
visable, by issuing vouchers to the Treasurer of Wicomico
County and against the fund credited to said Commission.

SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That for the purpose
of paying the interest on said bonds and redeeming the said
bonds as they may mature, the County Commissioners for
Wicomico County shall levy for the year 1930 and annually
thereafter until all said bonds issued under the authority of
this Act shall mature and be redeemed, a tax upon the assess-
able property of Wicomico County sufficient to pay the annual
interest on said bonds outstanding and to redeem said bonds
as they mature and become due, said taxes to be collected as
other taxes levied in said County are collected.
