of Frederick and the State of Maryland, recorded in Plat
Book S. H. H., folio 56, both of the above title references
being Land Records of Frederick County, Maryland: Be-
ginning at a point on the west line of North Bentz Street, said
point of beginning being the extreme southeastern corner of
the property now owned by the State of Maryland and at the
end of the fifth (5th) or S. 79° E. 80. 28 line of last above
mentioned deed and running thence with said line reversed
(1) N. 79°-00' W. 40. 65 feet to intersect a divisional line as
now laid out and running thence with said divisional line (2)
S. 85°-30' E. 41. 39 feet to the west side of North Bentz Street,
thence by and with the west side of said street (3) S. 16°-45'
W. 4. 71 feet to the point of beginning.

2nd. The property hereby authorized to be conveyed is a
part of the same parcel of land which was conveyed to the
State of Maryland by Mary K. and Christian H. Eckstein, by
deed dated March 31, 1913, and recorded in Liber No. 304,
folio 200, being further described as a part of Parcel No. 7
on the plat of properties acquired by the Mayor and Aldermen
of Frederick and the State of Maryland, recorded in Plat
Book S. T. H., folio 56, both of the above title references
being Land Records for Frederick, Maryland: Beginning at
the end of the first or S. 4½° W. 20. 0 feet line of the above
mentioned deed and running thence with the second, third and
a portion of the fourth lines of said deed (1) S. 61°-30'
E. 36. 7 feet (2) S. 82°-15' E. 62. 0 feet (3) N. 16°-45' E.
31. 5 feet to intersect a divisional line as now laid out and
running thence with said divisional line (4) N. 85°-30' W.
101. 90 feet to intersect the first or S. 4½° W. 20. 0 foot line
of the above mentioned deed at the end of 7. 18 feet and run-
ning thence with said line (5) S. 4°-30' W. 12. 82 feet to the
point of beginning.

And the Mayor and Aldermen of Frederick is hereby author-
ized to convey to the State of Maryland, unconditionally, by
a proper deed, all the right, title, interest and estate of the
Mayor and Aldermen of Frederick in and to the following
two parcels of land, on a part of which a portion of the State
Armory in Frederick is erected, which said land is not now
used for municipal purposes and is more particularly de-
scribed as follows:

1st. The property hereby authorized to be conveyed is a
part of the same parcel of land which was conveyed to the
