the words "buildings and equipment"; and the County Com-
missioners of Worcester County shall upon order of the said
Commission hereby created cause to be instituted and prose-
cuted to a conclusion all such condemnation proceedings, if
any, as may be in the judgment of said 'Commission necessary
to acquire suitable sites for said buildings, in said towns of
Pocomoke City, Snow Hill, Berlin, Ocean City, Bishopville,
Whaleyville and Newark.

SEC. 12. And be it further enacted, That the question
whether said "Worcester County Public School Bonds (Issue
of 1929)" shall or shall not be issued by the County Commis-
sioners of Worcester County as aforesaid for the purposes
aforesaid shall be submitted to the registered and qualified
voters of Worcester County on the second Tuesday in May,
1929, at a special election to be then held, at which special
election the polls shall be open at nine o'clock A. M. and shall
close at six o'clock P. M., and the Supervisors of Election of
Worcester County are hereby directed to have ballots printed
to be used in said election, on which ballots shall appear in
clear, plain, bold type, of the size and style required by the
General Election Laws of the State of Maryland for the print-
ing of names of candidates on ballots, the following question,
to wit: "Shall or shall not Public School Bonds of the par
value of three hundred thousand dollars be issued by the Coun-
ty Commissioners of Worcester County for the purpose of
purchasing sites and building and equipping new school build-
ings in the towns of Pocomoke City, Snow Hill, Berlin, Ocean
City, Bishopville, Whaleyville and Newark, and for building
a new public school building or buildings in the Seventh Elec-
tion District, in said Worcester County, as provided by Chap-
ter.... of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
Session 1929. " Immediately after which shall be printed on
separate lines with a square or box to the right and opposite
the words "For School Bonds" and a corresponding square or
box to the right and opposite the words "Against School Bonds, "
all to be printed on said ballots so as to give the voter a
clear opportunity to designate by a cross mark (X) in the
proper square or box his or her decision for or against said
school bonds.

The Supervisors of Election for Worcester County shall give
notice, "at least fifteen days before the day of said election,
by advertisement in at least two newspapers published in Wor-
cester County of the submission of said question, provided,
