206C. Any person violating my of the provisions of Sec-
tion 206A and 206B shall be fined not less than five nor more
than twenty-five dollars, and be imprisoned in the county jail
until the fine and costs be paid in full; said fine is to be
paid over to the County Commissioners.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 167.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 2 of
Chapter 153 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land of 1922, as amended by Chapters 167 and 177 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1927, pro-
viding for changing a portion of the western boundary of
the Town of Brentwood, Maryland, so as to extend the said
portion of the western boundary to the center line of Thirty-
fourth Street from Dewey Street in a northerly direction
along the said center line of Thirty-fourth Street to the
center line of the Northwest Branch, and to provide for the
acquisition of certain additional adjacent territory.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That Section 2 of Chapter 153 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1922, as amended by Chap-
ters 167 and 177 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land of 1927, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-
enacted with amendments, to read as follows:

2. That the boundaries of the said town shall be as fol-
lows: Beginning at northernmost corner of the corporation of
Mt. Rainier, which is at the intersection of the center line of
Thirty-fourth Street, if extended, with the center line of the
Northwest Branch of the Anacostia River; and continuing
thence in a southeasterly general direction along the center line
of said stream to the intersection of the. southeastern line of
Czarra's Revised Addition to Brentwood as per plat filed
among the Land Records of Prince George's County, Mary-
land, in Plat Book S. D. H. No. 3 at page No. 6 which line
