The property within the said lines to be subject to such,
taxes and such changes as may be deemed necessary by the
said the Mayor and Commissioners of Barton or a majority
of them, to support and maintain the expense which may at
any time be incurred in the government and improvement of
said town.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 166.
AN ACT to add 3 new Sections to Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (as said Article was re-
enacted by Chapter 790 of the Acts of 1912) title "Mont-
gomery County, " sub-title "Foxes, " said new sections to be
known as Section 206A-206C, inclusive, and to follow im-
mediately after Section 206 of said Article, to regulate the
hunting of foxes in Montgomery County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That 3 new sections be and they are hereby added
to Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(as said section was re-enacted by Chapter 790 of the Acts of
1912) title "Montgomery County, " sub-title "Foxes, " said new
sections, to be known as Sections 206A-206C, inclusive, to fol-
low immediately after Section 206 of said Article, and to read
as follows:
206A. It shall be unlawful to set any trap of any kind
whatsoever within thirty (30) feet of any fox den.
206B. It shall be unlawful to trap, hunt or chase with
dog or gun any fox, between the first day of May and the
fifteenth day of July, inclusive, in each year; provided nothing
in this section shall prohibit any person who is owner or ten-
ant of land from killing any fox, on the land of which such
person is owner or tenant at any time except when such fox
is being chased by hounds under the charge of fox-hunters.
