aggregating $540, 000, of which $40, 000 shall be from the
Issue of August 15, 1929; $200, 000 from the issue of Feb-
ruary 15, 1930, and $300, 000 from the issue of August 15,
1930.
To the Crownsville State Hospital, for construction of
new building and equipment, $100, 000; for construction and
equipment of new nurses' home, $70, 000; for remodeling pres-
ent nurses' home, $10, 000; for construction of tunnels and
. supplying services to new buildings, $10, 000; for installation
of vacuum heating system $10, 000; for extension to water
supply system, $10, 000, for deficit in construction of new
building, $15, 000; for new refrigerating plant, $18, 000, ag-
gregating $243, 000, of which $65, 000 shall be from the issue
of August 15, 1929; $80, 000 from the issue of February 15,
1930, and $98, 000 from the issue of August 15, 1930.
To the Rosewood State Training School, for the construc-
tion and equipment of a building and equipment for same,
$75, 000; for the cost of service connections to said building,
$5, 000; and for the construction of officers' quarters, $25, 000,
aggregating $105, 000, all of which shall be from the issue of
August 15, 1930.
To the State Board of Welfare, for new engine, plumbing,
repairs, electric feed wires and rewiring at the Maryland Peni-
tentiary, $55, 000, all from the issue of February 15, 1930.
For a new boiler and engine, $35, 000; addition to sewerage
system, $10, 000; and deficiency in construction work, $25, 000,
at the House of Correction, aggregating $70, 000, of which
$25, 000 shall be from the issue of August 15, 1929, and $45, -
000 from the issue of February 15, 1930.
To the State Board of Welfare, with the approval of the
Governor, for the acquisition of a site or sites for a new
prison or prisons and for construction thereat to the ex-
tent that funds may be available of a prison wall, power
plant and other necessary buildings and the acquisition of
necessary equipment, and for improvements at the House of
Correction, $730, 000, of which $125, 000 shall be from the
issue of August 15, 1929; $175, 000 from the issue of Feb-
