State upon the warrant of the Comptroller, and such proceeds-
shall be used exclusively for the following purposes, to wit:

The Comptroller shall immediately upon the sale of and
payment for said bonds or certificates of indebtedness, first
return to and credit the Treasurer for whatever advances or
payments may have been made as provided for by Section 5
of this Act; the remainder of the proceeds of said loan shall be
credited on the books of the State Treasury Department to the
credit of the institutions and departments hereinafter named,
in the amounts hereinafter specified, and by them used, ex-
pended and applied for the following purposes:

To the State Department of Education, for construction of
an elementary training school building, equipment and paving
at the Frostburg Normal School, $50, 000, from the issue of
August 15, 1930.

To the Maryland State School for the Deaf, for the con-
struction of steps and walks, $2, 000; for the purchase of
laundry machinery, $5, 300; for the purchase of domestic
science equipment, $1, 000; for the construction of sewerage
system, $5, 000; for interior painting, $2, 500; and for repairs
to roofs, $1, 500; and for deficit in construction of building,
$5, 700, aggregating $23, 000, all from the issue of August 15,
1929.

To the Maryland Training School for Boys, for the construc-
tion of an academic educational building, $130, 000; and for
the construction of a coagulating system, for filtration plant,
$3, 000, aggregating $133, 000, all from the issue of August
15, 1930. "

To the Montrose School for Girls, for a new building and
equipment, $16, 000; for new school building and water supply
system, $17, 000, aggregating $33, 000, of which $11, 000 shall
be from the issue of February 15, 1930, and $22, 000 from
the issue of August 15, 1930.

To the Springfield State Hospital, for remodeling build-
ing for male nurses, $20, 000. 00; for enlarging laundry and1
new laundry machinery, $30, 000; for the construction of
a new cannery and equipment, $8, 000; for slate roofing, $20, -
000; for new floors, $10, 000; for equipment for new build-
ing, $10, 000; for water supply and sewerage system, $42, 000,
aggregating $140, 000. 00, of which $40, 000 shall be from the
issue of August 15, 1929; $40, 000 from the issue of February
15, 1930, and $60, 000. 00 from the issue of August 15, 1930.

To the Spring Grove State Hospital, for the construction of
a fire escape, $6, 000; for the construction of vegetable store-
