it. The Clerk shall account for the license fees so collected in
full without any deduction or commissions, to the Comptroller
in the same manner as receipts from the issuance of gunning
licenses are now accounted for. The Comptroller shall place the
funds so received to the credit of the Conservation Fund to be
used by the Conservation Commissioner for the purposes here-
inafter provided in this Act.

3. The open season in the area herein described for all
fish other than carp and suckers, shall be from the first day of
April to the fifteenth day of August, both dates inclusive, and
then only by means of rod, hook and line. The creel limit on
large and small mouth bass and trout shall not be over ten in
one day, —no trout under eight inches in length shall be taken
and no bass under nine inches.

The Conservation Commissioner shall not at any time dur-
ing the term of the lease herein referred to close to the public
any part of the area except he may at his discretion and for
the proper propagation of fish close tributaries to the area for
their length, not to exceed three at any one time, or he may
prohibit fishing during the period between one hour after sun-
set and half an hour before sunrise if he deems it necessary
for the proper policing of the area.

5. Any person or persons desiring to maintain a boat shall
be permitted so to do, only after having obtained from the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of Garrett County an annual license,
and paying therefor as follows:

Each row boat, canoe, or sail boat, per annum, $2. 50;

Each row boat, canoe, or sail boat for hiring, per annum,
$5. 00;

Each motor boat, per annum, $5. 00;

Each motor boat for hiring, per annum, $10. 00;
together with a fee of twenty-five cents (25c) for each license to
the Clerk for issuance of same, said license shall specify the
number, name and post office address of licensee, size and kind
of boat licensed. Blanks for issuing said licenses shall be
supplied to the Clerk by the Conservation Commissioner and
countersigned by the Clerk who issues same. The Clerk stall
fill out the license in duplicate, one to be given to the licensee
and the other to the game warden in charge of the area, who
shall register all facts thereon in a registration book to be pro-
vided by the Conservation Department for that purpose. The
Clerk of Court shall account for the license fees to the Comp-
