troller in the same manner as described in Section 2 of this
Act. The said licensee shall plainly display the number of his
license in figures at least four inches in height above the water
line on both sides of the bow of the boat, and each motor boat
shall conform to the Federal regulations as to lights, life pre-
servers and other equipment for motor boats. Each motor
boat so licensed and used on the waters of the Lake shall be
under the supervision of the Conservation Commissioner, his
deputies, and game warden in charge of the area, whose duty
it shall be to see that no boats shall be permitted to ply the
waters of this Lake that are not complying with the Federal
regulations, or which are polluting the waters with oil or other
waste, and the said Conservation Commissioner, his deputies
and game warden are hereby authorized and empowered to
arrest anyone using his motor boat in violation of the above
regulations and shall be further empowered to remove such
boats from said Lake until the owner or operator of said boat
has corrected these irregularities.


10. Any persons violating any of the provisions of this Act
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
thereof before any Justice of the Peace of Garrett County, or
before the Circuit Court of said county, shall be fined not less
than ten dollars ($10) nor more than fifty dollars ($50) for
each offense and shall stand committed to jail until said fine
together with the costs of prosecution are paid.

11. All laws or parts of laws, either general or local, incon-
sistent with the provisions of this Act be and the same are here-
by repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

12. Nothing in this Act shall be considered in any manner
as changing, modifying or enlarging any of the terms of the
lease from Youghiogheny Hydro-Electric Corporation and
the Eastern Land Company to the State of Maryland for the
use of Conservation Department of the area involved, nor to
affect in any manner the rights, privileges and reservations of
the lessors therein.

13. This Act shall continue in force only during the con-
tinuance of the lease from the Youghiogheny Hydro-Electric
Corporation and the Eastern Land Company to the State of
Maryland or any renewal or renewals of said leases.
