tration. There shall be a registration of the qualified voters
of the Town of Delmar on the fourth Tuesday in March and
the first Tuesday in April, 1929, and on the same dates, each
and every two years thereafter, at which times said Registrars
shall sit for the performance of their duties. The said Regis-
trars shall sit from eight o'clock A. M. until six o'clock P. M.,
and shall record upon the registration books the names of all
persons who are qualified voters of the Town of Delmar under
the provisions of this Act, and shall strike from said books the
names of all deceased persons and all persons who are not quali-
fied voters under the provisions of this Act. Any person who
shall have removed from the corporate limits of the said town
and remained absent for a period of six consecutive months
prior to registration days shall not be a qualified voter in said
town. When the Registrars shall complete their duties, they
shall return the registration books to the Clerk of the Com-
missioners of Delmar, together with the names of any and all
persons who shall have been refused registration by them. If
anyone shall feel aggrieved by the action of the Registrars in
refusing to register or strike off the name of any person or by
any other action, such person feeling aggrieved may appeal to
the Commissioners of Delmar, the decision of the majority
of whom shall be final.

25. The Commissioners of said town shall appoint three
persons as judges of the election to be held on the second Tues-
day in April, 1929, and likewise appoint three persons for the
elections to be held every two years thereafter. The judges so
appointed shall appoint a clerk. The polls 'shall be opened at
seven o'clock A. M., and remain open until four o'clock P. M. ?
at such place as may be designated by the Commissioners, and
the judges shall file with the Commissioners a report, and cer-
tificates of election shall be signed by the judges to the Com-
missioners so elected. The judges of election shall, before pro-
ceeding to act, take oath before some Justice of the Peace of
Wicomico County to permit all qualified voters to vote, and
that they will have said election conducted fairly and that no
one will be allowed to vote unless duly qualified and registered.

27. At their regular meeting after the election to be held
on the second Tuesday in April, 1929, and at their regular
meeting every two years thereafter, or as soon thereafter as
practicable, the Commissioners shall elect one of their mem-
bers president, and shall also elect some person as clerk of
