Anne's County, Maryland, for sealed proposals for the nego-
tiation of said bonds, and on a certain day to be named in
said advertisements, said County Commissioners shall in their
office in the Court House, in Centreville, open all bids received
and award the said bonds to the highest bidder, provided no
bid less than par shall be accepted, reserving, however, unto
themselves the right to reject any and all bids and to re-
advertise as herein prescribed for other bids.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of Queen Anne's County, Maryland, shall in each
and every year levy upon the assessable property in Queen
Anne's County, Maryland, such sums of money as may be
necessary to pay the interest on said bonds as said interest
shall become due, and also to levy such sums in addition as
may be required to pay or redeem said bonds as the same
mature from time to time until all said bonds shall have
been paid.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the proceeds of
the sale of said bonds shall be paid out by the County Com-
missioners of Queen Anne's County upon proper vouchers
submitted by the Treasurer of the said Building Committee,
and that all contracts and agreements entered into by said
Building Committee shall not be lawful or binding until they
have been formally approved and ratified by the aforesaid
County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County, and that
none of the money herein referred to shall be paid out by the
said County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County to the
said Treasurer of the Building Committee for the proposed
Stevensville High School, unless and until the bids, plans and
contracts for such site, high school building and equipment:
have been ratified and approved by the said County Com-
missioners.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That William E. Den-
ney, Dr. John R. Benton, E. Carville Tolson, Harry T. Nor-
man, Harry Breeding and John M. Norman be and they are
hereby created and constituted the Stevensville High School
Building Committee subject to the limitations here and be-
fore mentioned for the selection of a site, and the erection
and equipping of a high school building in or near the town
of Stevensville, Queen Anne's County, Maryland.
