SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That in addition to the
Twenty Thousand Dollars derived from the sale of the bonds
hereinbefore provided the County Commissioners shall also
use for the purpose of defraying the cost of the new Stevens-
ville High School the sum of Twelve Thousand Fifty-five Dol-
lars and Sixty Cents ($12, 055. 60) remaining in their hands
under Chapter No. 453 of the Acts of 1927.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That immediately upon
the sale of the bonds provided for by this Act the aforesaid
Building Committee shall immediately proceed to secure a
proper building site in or near Stevensville upon which to erect
the new Stevensville High School. The selection of said site
and the cost of same to be subject to the ratification and ap-
proval of the Board of County Commissioners of Queen Anne's

County. They shall also proceed to secure proper plans and
specifications for the new high school building and after said
plans have been approved and ratified by the County Com-
missioners of Queen Anne's County shall advertise at least
once a week for three successive weeks, in three newspapers
published in Queen Anne's County, Maryland for bids for
the construction of the school house, and shall award the

contract to the lowest responsible bidder, who shall enter into
contract and execute a sufficient bond with approved security,
for the erection and completion of said public school house,
the said County Commissioners to have power to reject any
and all bids and to advertise for other bids.

SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 87.

AN ACT to incorporate the Southern Maryland Title Insur-
ance Company.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That Robert E. Brown, George W. Palmer and
Lansdale G. Sasscer and the subscribers to the stock of the Cor-
poration hereby created and their successors and assigns, be and
