vance to the Town Commissioners of La Plata from the
sum realized by the sale of water bonds, one thousand dol-
lars ($1, 000. 00), said sum to be used by the Town Com-
missioners for the payment of the semi-annual interest on
said water bonds, due May 1st, 1929, and to be refunded
by the Town Commissioners to the Water Supply Commis-
sion from taxes collected for the June, 1929, levy; and
declaring the period from July first to June thirtieth, in-
clusive, to be the fiscal year for the Town of La Plata.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That F. Brook Matthews, Ralph Lorenz, H. Hol-
land Hawkins, Thomas B. R. Mudd and Thomas P. Mc-
Donagh, constituting the Water Supply Commission of the
town of La Plata, Maryland, are hereby authorized and em-
powered to loan to the Town Commissioners of La Plata?,
Maryland, from the moneys realized by the sale of Water
Bonds, as made in pursuance of Section 2 of Chapter 300,
Laws of Maryland, 1927, One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000. 00),
said sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000. 00), to be used
by the said Town Commissioners of La Plata, in paying the
semi-annual interest on said Water Bonds, due May first,
1929, and said moneys so loaned the Town Commissioners
are to be repaid by the Town Commissioners to the Water
Supply Commission, from the moneys collected as taxes by
the Town Commissioners, due and payable under the levy of
June, 1929.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the period from
July first to June thirtieth, inclusive, is hereby designated
as the fiscal year for the town of La Plata, Maryland, and
that taxes levied by the said Town Commissioners of La
Plata, on the assessable property within the corporate limits
of said town, on the assessable basis of the preceding month
of June, shall be due and payable on August first of each
and every year. And all taxes due and payable August first
of each and every year, that have not in fact been paid by
the first day of February next ensuing, are to be advertised as
delinquent in some newspaper or newspapers published in
said Charles County, and the property so advertised as de-
linquent for taxes shall be sold in accordance with the authority
invested in the Town Commissioners of La Plata, Chapter 770,
Acts of Maryland, 1912.
