Two Hundred Dollars, ' contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Isaac Winter, late of Carroll County, deceased.

(8) To the bequest "all the rest and remainder of the shares
of said Carroll County Savings Bank of Uniontown that I pos-
sess, I give and bequeath unto "the Trustees of the Evangelical
Lutheran Congregation of Winters Church" a body corporate,
and "St. Lukes Winters Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery Co.
of Carroll County, a body corporate, to be divided share and
share alike. I give said shares unto the said corporations abso-
lutely, but it is my wish and desire for the principal to remain
intact and said corporations to use the income or revenue from
said shares for the support of the church and cemetery, " con-
tained in the Last Will and Testament of Isaac Winter, late of
Carroll County, deceased.

(9) To the bequest ''to the trustees, or other properly con-
stituted authorities of the Lutheran Church commonly known
and called Winters Church, the sum of $100, in trust, to be by
them safely invested at interest, and the interest arising there-
from shall be paid annually to the Sexton of said church or
such other person or persons as may have charge of the Cemetery
at said church, and to be so paid for the special care and proper
keeping of my grave and my husband's grave, " contained in
the Last Will and Testament of Sarah Engleman, late of Carroll
County, deceased.

(10) To the bequest "To Immanuel Lutheran Church $500
with, the understanding: they keep our cemetery lot in good con-
dition. This money to be invested and what is needed to keep
lot in good order, the remainder to go to ministers salary, " con-
tained in the Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Trump, late
of Carroll County, deceased.

(11) To the bequest "As it was the wish of my sister Sarah
C. Trump I Will $500 to a cemetery fund, if such shall be incor-
porated by the Lutheran & Reformed to be put on interest (hop-
ing other bequests may be made) from which annually improve-
ments may be made, and the "city of the dead" given a com-
mendable appearance. " If not used—trustees appointed and
plans executed &c. within one year after my demise, this money
shall be added to the residue, " contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Elizabeth Trump, late of Carroll County, de-
ceased.

(12) "The $500 given to joint cemetery company if incor-
porated, I now devise to the New Cemetery Co. incorporated by
the Lutheran Church so that our lot is kept in good condition.
To the Lutheran Church $300, Immanuel Manchester. To the
W. H. & Foreign Missionary of the Md. Synod U. L. C. $200. "
