To the conveyance from W. Seton Belt to the Vestry of Saint
Thomas Church, Croome, of ten acres in the Nottingham District
of Prince George's County, the said deed being recorded in
Liber 331, folio 44, of the Land Records of Prince George's
County.
(1) To the bequest "to the Board of Home Missions of the
Presbyterian Church in the United States the sum of $500, "
contained in the Last Will and Testament of Samuel Galt, late
of Carroll County, deceased.
(2) To the bequest "to the Taneytown Savings Bank, Taney-
town, Md., the sum of $1000 the income therefrom to be paid
annually as follows: One-half thereof to the Trustees of the
Piney Creek Cemetery Company between Taneytown and Har-
tley, in Carroll County, Maryland, to be used exclusively for the
upkeep and repair to said Cemetery and no other purpose, and
the other one-half of said income to the Trustees of the Piney
Creek Church towards the pastor's salary and the general up-
keep of said church, " contained in the Last Will and Testament
of Samuel Galt, late of Carroll County, deceased.
(3) To the bequest "to the Trustees of the Providence Metho-
dist Church at Kemptown, Frederick County, Maryland, the
sum of $100 in trust, to hold and invest the same and apply the
income therefrom to the care, maintenance and upkeep of the
Brandenburg burial lot in which my parents are buried in the
cemetery adjoining said Church, " contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Garrison M. Brandenburg, late of Carroll
County, deceased.
(4) To the bequest "One Thousand Dollars to the Trustees of
the Methodist Protestant Church of Westminister, Carroll
County, Maryland, " contained in the Last Will and Testament
of Martin Luther Lantz, late of Carroll County, deceased.,
(5) To the bequest "Five Hundred Dollars to the trustees of
the Home for the Aged of the Methodist Protestant Church,
located in Westminister, Carroll County, Maryland, " contained
in the Last Will and Testament of Martin Luther Lantz, late of
Carroll County, deceased.
(6) To the bequest "One Hundred Dollars to the Westminis-
ter Cemetery Company, a body incorporate, " contained in the
Last Will and Testament of Martin Luther Lantz, late of Carroll
County, deceased.
(7) To the bequest "to the Tressler Orphans' Home of the
Evangelical Lutheran Church of the General Synod in the
United States of America, situate at Loysville, Pa., the sum of
