To the deed and conveyance from the Board of Trustees of
the Curtis Bay Methodist Episcopal Church in the City of Bal-
timore to the Baltimore City Missionary and Church Extension
Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the property
known as 4701 Fairview Avenue, Curtis Bay.

To the following deeds and conveyances, viz: (1) A deed
dated May 21, 1928 and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4901, folio 440, etc., from
the Baldwin Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church of Anne
Arundel County to the Trustees of the Baltimore Annual Con-
ference of the Methodist Episcopal Church. (2) A deed dated
May 21, 1928 and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4901, folio 441, etc., from the
Bald-win Memorial Episcopal Church of Anne Arundel County
and Charles W. Baldwin to the Trustees of the Baltimore An-
nual Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church.

To the acquisition by the Executive Committee of Christian
Education and Ministerial Relief of the Presbyterian Church in
the United States, a body corporate, incorporated under the
laws of the State of Kentucky of the title in fee-simple to
all that land lying and being in that part of Baltimore City
known as Brooklyn mentioned and described in a deed from
Helen Leavenworth Smith to the Title Guarantee and Trust
Company dated February 5, 1929, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City.

To the bequest in the last will and testament of Wilhelmina
Montag, deceased, duly probated and recorded in the Office of
the Register of Wills of Baltimore City, to the St. Lucas Church
of Baltimore, Maryland, of Two Hundred Dollars ($200) to the
bequest of said will of Four Hundred and Twenty-three Dollars
and Sixteen Cents ($423. 16) to the Evangelical Association for
the Syrian Orphan Asylum in Jerusalem, located in Cologne on
the Rhine and to the bequest of Four Hundred and Twenty-three
Dollars and Sixteen Cents ($423. 16) to the Evangelical Com-
munity, located at Berlin Mitte, Germany, residuary legattee.

To the grant of a certain lot of ground situate in Baltimore
County described in a deed from Paul R. Barnaby and Helen
V. Barnaby, his wife, to the Third Church of the United Breth-
ren in Christ of Baltimore City, said deed bears date on the 22nd
day of December, 1925, and is recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 627, folio 468.

To the bequest of $500 in the Last Will and Testament of
Frances Augutyniak, late of Baltimore City, deceased, to the
Franciscan Fathers Minor Conventuals of Saint Stanislaus
Church of Baltimore City, probated June 19th, 1925, and rec-
