Jr., and wife, dated February 8, 1929. and duly recorded among

Deed dated November 22, 1921, recorded in W. M, A. No. 38,
folio 461 from Robert H. Turner to the Vestry Trinity Parish in
Charles County, Maryland, a body corporate, one of the Vestries
of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the State of Maryland in
the Diocese of Washington being a part of a tract of land known
as "The Plains" and containing forty acres more or less.

Deed from the Union Baptist Church No. 2, Incorporated, of
Baltimore City to the Mount Zion Baptist Church dated De-
cember 17, 1928 and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4956, folio 487.

To a deed from, the Trustees of the Morning Star Baptist
Church of Baltimore City to the Union Baptist Church No. 2,
Incorporated, of Baltimore City, dated January 20, 1928, and

To Perkins Square Baptist Church Two Hundred Dollars
($200) dated October 22, 1914, probated February 10, 1928, in
the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber 160,

To Colored Maryland Baptist Orphanage, Seventy-five Dol-
lars ($76. 00) less 5 per cent, collateral inheritance tax of 5 per
cent, total. Probated February 10, 1928 in the Office of the
Register of "Wills of Baltimore City, in Liber 160, folio 542.

To Perkins Square Baptist Church under will of Mary Lucy
Bowler, the sum of Four Hundred and Sixty-three Dollars and
Eighty-one Cents ($463. 81) less collateral inheritance tax which
has already been deducted. Probated in February 10, 1928, in
the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City, in Liber
160, folio 542.

To Colored Maryland Baptist Orphanage, the sum of Four
Hundred and Sixty-three Dollars and Eighty-one Cents ($463. -
81) less collateral inheritance tax which has been deducted.
