ALBERT C. RITCHIE, GOVERNOR. 1403

To the lease from the Redemptorists, a body corporate of the
State of Maryland, to the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Balti-
more and his successors dated January 3, 1871, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber G. R. 531,
folio 426.

To the deed from the Redemptorists to the Roman Catholic
Archbishop of Baltimore and his successors a deed dated De-
cember 23, 1882, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber R. T. A. No. 951, folio 110.

To the deed from the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Balti-
more, to the Benedictine Society of Baltimore City, a body cor-
porate of the State of Maryland, dated June 27. 1884, and
recorded. among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
J. B. No. 1013, folio 3.

To the following bequests under the last will and testament of
Catherine O. Prance, late of Baltimore City, deceased; viz:

(a) Reverend Joseph Schmidt, Rector of St. Michael's Roman
Catholic Church of Baltimore for masses.

b) Reverend John J. Murray, Rector of Saint Elizabeth's
Roman Catholic Church, for masses.

Oblate Sisters of Providence, of Baltimore City.

To the bequests contained in the last will and testament of
Caroline J. Lytle, late of Baltimore City, deceased, Wills Liber
E. R. D. No. 160, folio 49, etc.

To the Home for the Aged of the Methodist Episcopal Church
located at Fulton Avenue and Franklin Street, Baltimore, Mary-
land, one-half of all the rest, residue and remainder of her
estate.

To the following bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Joseph Lotz, late of Baltimore City, deceased, filed and
kept in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City.

To the acting pastor of the Sacred Heart Catholic Parish in
Highlandtown, Baltimore, Maryland, the sum of Two Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($2, 500).

To the Commissariat of the Holy Land for the United States
of America, situated at Mount St. Sepulchre, Brookland, near
Washington, D. C., the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500).

To the following bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Rose Sommerfeld, late of Baltimore, deceased, filed and
kept in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City.

To the Oheb Shalom Congregation of Baltimore City, the sum
of Five Hundred Dollars ($500), in trust.
