1404 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 573

To the following bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment of William H. Hoyt, late of Baltimore City, deceased, filed
and kept in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City.

All Saints Protestant Episcopal Church Two Hundred Dollars
($200); Saint Peters Protestant Episcopal Asylum, Two Hun-
dred Dollars ($200); Christ Church Asylum for Female Chil-
dren, Two Hundred Dollars ($200); Saint Pauls Orphans
Asylum, Two Hundred Dollars ($200); Little Sisters of the
Poor, Two Hundred Dollars ($200).

To the following bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Martin J. Kohn, late of Baltimore, deceased, filed in the
Office of the Register of Wills, of Baltimore City.

To the Oheb Shalom Congregation the sum of One Thousand
Dollars ($1, 000).

To the bequests contained in the last will and testament of
Charlotte Randolph Robinson, late of Baltimore City, deceased.
Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 158, folio 197, etc.

To the Reverend Mother Etheldred, formerly of Saint John's
House for Children, Arlington, Massachusetts, the sum of Two
Hundred Dollars ($200).

To the devise and bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Joseph A. Grindall, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 163, folio 241.

His entire or residuary estate to or in trust for the St. Agnes
Hospital of the City. of Baltimore and of the Roman Catholic
Archbishop of Baltimore. and his successors, for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned.

To the gifts, grants and bequests contained in the will of
Warren C. Byrd, which is recorded in the Office of Register of
Wills of Baltimore City, Liber E. R. D. No. 151, folio 24. To
the Alpheus Wilson Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church.
South of. the third part of the remainder of Fifteen Thousand
Dollars ($15, 000) under the conditions set out in the item 17
of the said will.

To the gift, grant, bequest of Seven Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($7, 500) contained in item 8 of the last will and testa-
ment of Warren G. Byrd, recorded in the Office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore City, in Liber "Wills" E. R. D. 151, folio
24. To the St. John's Emanuel Methodist Episcopal Church
South with remainder over upon the happening of certain con-
tingencies as set out in said will to the Board of Finance of
the Methodist Episcopal Church South, a corporation chartered
by the State of Missouri.
