To the devise and bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of George O. Silver, which will is recorded in the Office of
the Register of Wills for Harford County in Liber J. A. No. 16
folio 193, in the year 1920.
To the Trustees of the Presbytery of Baltimore, to be held by
it for the uses and purposes as set out in said will, the rest,
residue and remainder of said decedent's estate, with remainder
after the death of said decedent's wife, Carrie G. Silver.
To the devise and bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Elizabeth A, Haines, which will is recorded in the Office
of the Register of Wills for Baltimore County in Liber W. J. P.
No. 22, folio 80, etc., in the year 1921.
To the Trustees of the Presbytery of Baltimore the sum of
Two Thousand Dollars ($2, 000) to be held by it for the uses and
purposes as set out in said bill.
To the deed from S. Mitchell Osborn, surviving Trustee under
the will of George O. Silver, to the Trustee of the Presbytery
of Baltimore, which deed was recorded in the Land Records of
Harford County, in Liber D. G. W. No. 191, folio 269, on the
10th day of January, 1925, being a deed of Lot No. 27 of the
Osborn Tract Addition of a certain land in and adjacent to the
town of Aberdeen in the said Harford County.
To the deed executed by Henry D. Goetz to Fountain Baptist
Church of Baltimore City, Incorporated, a body corporate of
the State of Maryland, dated January 4, 1928, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 4833, folio 53.
To the lease executed by David Keener and wife, and Robert
G, Armstrong. and Alexander F. Dulin, trustees, to William A.
Passavant, and others, as trustees of the English Evangelical
Lutheran Church, worshipping in Luther Chapel, Baltimore,
Maryland, dated September 23, 1843, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber T. K. No. 334, folio
168.
To the deed executed by Howard O. Firor to the Benedictine
Society of Baltimore City, a body corporate of the State of
Maryland, dated October 4, 1927, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4797, folio 1, of
two lots of ground in Baltimore City, State of Maryland.
To the deed from James J. S. Donnell and William Donnell
and wife, to the Redemptorists, a body corporate of the State of
Maryland, dated April 4, 1874, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber G. R. No. 652, folio 12.
