feet wide there situate; thence westerly, along the south side of
said alley, with the use thereof in common, eighty-eight (88)
feet; thence southerly, parallel with Patterson Park Avenue,
one hundred (100) feet to the north side of Monument Street,
and thence easterly, 'binding thereon, eighty-eight (88) feet to
the place of beginning.

To the deed from Edward Louis Spencer and wife to Fred
Ross Shirck, pastor of St. Timothy's Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Dundalk, Baltimore County, Maryland, who was to
hold the property described therein for the; use of said church,
dated October 2, 1928 and recorded in the Land Records of
Baltimore County in Liber W. H. M. No. 659, folio 481,

To the conveyance to St. Timothy's Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Dundalk, Baltimore County, Maryland, of a lot of
ground situate in Baltimore County and known as Lots Nos. 1,
2 and 3 Section D as laid out on the Plat of Willow Spring.

To the bequest of Two Thousand Dollars ($2, 000) in re-
mainder after the death of Mary Wellslager to the Evangelical
Lutheran Church of the Incarnation of Baltimore City, con-
tained in the last will and testament of Lewis J. Lederer, late
of Baltimore City, deceased, now of record in the Office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber E. R. D. No. 155,
folio 57, etc., and to the assignment of said bequest by said
Church to the First English Evangelical Lutheran Church of
Baltimore, as per assignment dated December 21, 1927, and re-
corded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City
in Liber B, E. D. No. 155, folio 57, etc.

To the deed dated January 31, 1929 from the Common-wealth
Bank of Baltimore to the Cosmopolitan Community Church,
formerly the Cosmopolitan African Methodist Episcopal Church,
Incorporated, the property conveyed by said deed.

To the following grants, sales, deed, mortgages and convey-
ances made by various persons and bodies corporate to and for
the use and benefit of certain religious corporations, churches,
orders, sects or denominations, hereinafter named, and herein-
after set forth:

To the sale, grant, deed and conveyance of a certain fee-simple
lot or parcel of ground and premises, situate, lying and being
in the City of Baltimore, in the State of Maryland, and described
as follows, viz:

1. To a deed from Chloerice L. Rayner and husband to the
Title Guarantee and Trust Company, dated October 19, 1916,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in
Liber W. P. C. No. 472, folio 35, etc., made by Charlotte S. Hart-
