man, widow, to and for the use and benefit of the Evangelical
Lutheran Church of the Redeemer of Baltimore City, a body
corporate, duly incorporated under the laws of the State of
Maryland, by her deed, dated November 18, 1927, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City, aforesaid in Liber
S. C. L. No. 4815, folio 514, etc,
(2) To the sale, grant and deed and conveyance of a certain
fee-simple lot or parcel of ground and premises, situate, lying
and being in the City of Baltimore, in the State of Maryland,
made by James L. Ridgaway and Elizabeth Ridgaway, his wife,
to and for the use and benefit of the Evangelical Lutheran
Church of the Redeemer of Baltimore City, a body corporate,
duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland, by
their deed, dated November 18, 1927, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City aforesaid in Liber S. C. L.
No. 4815, folio 515, etc.
(3) To the grant, deed and conveyance by way of mortgage
of a certain fee-simple lot or parcel of ground and premises,
situate, lying and 'being in the City of Baltimore, in the State of
Maryland made by the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the
Redeemer of Baltimore City, to and for the use and benefit of
the Board of American Missions of the United Lutheran Church
in America, a body corporate duly incorporated, by its mort-
gage, dated February 3, 1928 and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4860, folio 220.
To the following bequests in the will of Elizabeth P. Calloway,
late of Baltimore City, deceased, which will is duly recorded in
the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber
E. R. D. No. 160, folio 75, viz:
To the Old Folks' Home on Druid Hill Avenue, under the
auspices of the Washington Conference of the Methodist Epis-
copal Church, Fifty Dollars ($50. 00).
To Provident Hospital on Biddle Street, Fifty Dollars
($50. 00).
To the Trustees of Sharp Street Station of the Methodist
Episcopal Church for the use of the Community House, in con-
nection herewith, my sewing machine, piano and Fifty Dollars
($50. 00).
To the Fresh Air Farm, one blue suite of furniture and Fifty
Dollars ($50. 00).
To Madison Street Presbyterian Church, Three Hundred
Dollars ($300), which Mrs. Laura Matthews gave me in her will,
the income is to be used, first, to keep her grave in Laurel Cem-
etery in good condition, and the balance to be applied in the
payment of the pastor's salary of said church.
