1396 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 573

To the bequests of One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000) each to the
Vestry of Emmanuel Parish of the Protestant Episcopal Church,
Cumberland, Maryland; the Allegany County Tuberculosis Sani-
tarium, and to Reverend Father Andrew J. Conlon, Chaplain for
the Christian Brothers, Amendale, Maryland, contained in the
will of Mary C. Caton, deceased of Allegany County, Maryland.
The said will being recorded in Wills: Book Liber 6, folio 465, in
the Orphans' Court of Allegany County, Maryland.

To the deed from the Church Extension Society of the Diocese
of Maryland, Incorporated, to the Vestry of Saint Bartholomews
Church, Baltimore City, dated January 1, 1929, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No.
4972, folio 582.

To the grant and conveyance of a fee simple lot of ground on
the southwest side of Wilhelm Avenue, Wilhelm Park, Baltimore
City, State of Maryland, contained in the deed dated August
28, 1926, from the Union Stock Yard Company, a body corporate,
to the Third Congregation of the Disciple of Jesus Christ, in
the City and precincts of Baltimore, a body corporate, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S.
C. L. No. 4697, folio 271.

To the grant and conveyance of a fee simple lot of ground on
the southwest side of Wilhelm Avenue, Wilhelm Park, Baltimore
City, State of Maryland, contained in the deed dated September
8, 1928, from the Trustees of the Christian Church, a body
corporate, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4924, folio 225.

To the grant and sale and deed for a tract of land in Tangier
Election District, Somerset County, Maryland, to Rock Creek
Methodist Episcopal Church, a body corporate, of Chance, Som-
erset County, Maryland, duly incorporated under the laws of the
State of Maryland, from, Edward P. Simpson and Laura E.
Simpson, his wife dated the 17th day of October, 1922, and re-
corded in the Land Records of said Somerset County and State
of Maryland, on the 18th day of October, 1922 in Liber W. J. S.
No. 86, folio 335.

To the deed dated February 17, 1926 and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4532, folio
275, etc., from George Miller to the First German Baptist Church
of Baltimore, a body Corporate, said deed conveying the follow-
ing described property: Beginning for the same at the corner
formed by the intersection of the north side of Monument Street
and the west side of Patterson Park Avenue, and running thence
northerly, binding on the west side of Patterson Park Avenue
one hundred (100) feet, to the south side of an alley twelve (12
