To the deed from Charles Hilderbrand and others to the
Vestry of the Church of the Messiah for a lot of ground and
improvements on White Avenue in Baltimore City, dated April
29, 1927 and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City, in Liber S. C. L. No. 4734, folio 317, etc.

To the deed from John A. Becker and others to the Vestry of
the Church of the Mesiah for a certain lot on Harford Road,
dated May 11, 1920, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3581, folio 207, etc.

To the deed from diaries E. Hill to the Vestry of the Church
of the Messiah, dated January 13, 1897, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. No. 1657, folio
276, etc., and the deed from Lucy H. Welbourn to said Vestry,
dated January 18, 1902 and recorded among the aforesaid Land
Records in Liber R. O. No. 1939, folio 443, etc., for lot of ground
and improvements on East Preston Street, Baltimore Maryland.

To the legacy contained in the will of Eliza J. Stehl, probated
September 8, 1926, to the Convention of the Protestant Epis-
copal Church of the Diocese of Maryland, for its Superannu-
ated and Disabled Clergy Fund.

To the legacy and the residuary interest contained in the will
of Eugene Greenway of Baltimore City, probated December 5,
1927, to the Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church of
the Diocese of Maryland.

To the following contained in the will of Margaret K. Reed of
Calvert County, Maryland, dated July 9, 1915, viz: To the
devise of an undivided interest in a tract of land in the Third
Election District of Calvert County, and to the bequest of One
Thousand Dollars ($1, 000) to the Vestry of said Parish and to
the devise and bequest of the rest, residue and remainder of
here estate to the Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church
of the Diocese of Maryland.

To the deed of a lot of ground from the Dundalk Company to
the Church Extension Society of the Diocese of Maryland, Inc.,

dated October 11, 1928.

To the bequest to the Convention of the Protestant Episcopal
Church, of the Diocese of Maryland contained in the will of J.
Henry Ferguson, late of Baltimore City, deceased, dated July
28, 1927, recorded in Liber E. R. D. No. 162, folio 563,

To the bequest to or for the use of the Protestant Episcopal
Cathedral of the Incarnation contained in the will of John B.
Thomas, late of Baltimore City, deceased, dated March 17,
1922, Liber E. R. D. No. 162, folio 127.
