sects and to certain charitable institutions) hereinafter named and
as herein set forth.

A—To the deed from Rebecca H. Smith and husband to Fran-
cis Roach, Catherine Roach, St. Mary's Female Orphan Asylum
of Baltimore, the Little Sisters of the Poor of Baltimore City,
St. Vincent's Infant Asylum of the City of Baltimore, and the
House of the Good Shepherd of the City of Baltimore, said deed
being dated November 20, 191. 4 and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 439, folio
33.

B—To a deed dated November 27, 1928 and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4950, folio
272 from Laura L. Brown and Wyatt Brown, her husband, to
the Vestry of the Church of St. Michael and All Angels, Balti-
more, Maryland.

C—To the proceeds of a life insurance policy of One Thousand
Dollars ($1, 000) issued by the Union Mutual Life Insurance
Company of Portland, Maine, on the life of Townsend Scott,
late of Baltimore City, deceased, said policy having been paid
to the Vestry of the Church of St. Michael and All Angels upon
the death of the insured.

To the legacy to the Convention of the Protestant Episcopal
Church of the Diocese of Maryland and to the legacy to All
Saints Protestant Episcopal Church, Reisterstown, Baltimore
County, Maryland, contained in the last will and testament of
Emily F. Henderson, dated April 14, 1926.

To the deed from Robert Moore and others to George Hod-
dinott and others Trustees, dated March 4, 1875 and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber J. B,
No. 91, folio 287, etc., for about three-tenths of an acre of land
in trust for the Congregation of St. Andrews Protestant Episco-
pal Church, Baltimore County, and also to the Deed for the
same property from Elizabeth Taylor Moore and others to the
Vestry of the Church of the Messiah, dated March 25, 1924 and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber
W. P. C. No. 591, folio 294, etc.

To the bequest and devise to St. Andrews Episcopal Church,
Clearspring, Maryland, and to Bishop of Maryland for the said
Church, contained in the will of Susan Drane Johnson, probated
in Washington County in 1928.

To the legacies to the Convention, of the Protestant Episcopal
Church of the Diocese of Maryland, contained in the will of
James A. Buchanan, dated October 20, 1921.
