of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
City in Wills Liber El. R. D. No. 158, folio 122, that is to say:

(a) The sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100) to the rector
(Rev. George F. Morissey) of St. Gregory's Catholic Church,
Baltimore, Maryland.

(b) The rest and residue of said decedent's estate after the
death of Catherine E.. Abell, to the Little Sisters of the Poor,
located at Preston and Valley Streets, Baltimore, Maryland.

To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
Wm. L. Kopp, deceased, of Carroll County, of Five Hundred
Dollars ($500) to the Lazarus Lutheran Church at Lineboro,
Maryland, to be used in the furtherance of Christian principles
and righteousness in such manner as the Church Council deems
best; the said will being probated December 27, 1927 and re-
corded in the Office of the Register of Wills for Carroll County
in Liber W. F. B. No. 3, folio 366.

To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
Annie Abey, late of Frederick County, deceased, to the Pastor
of St. Anthony's Church, Mount Saint Mary's, near Emmits-
burg, Maryland, of the residue of the estate of the said Annie
Abey in the amount of Three Hundred Ninety-two Dollars and
Forty-seven Cents ($347. 92) and a specific legacy of the sum of
Forty Dollars ($40. 00) in which last will and testament is re-
corded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Frederick County,
Maryland, in Wills Record Liber G. E. S. No. 2, folio 220

To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
Thomas C. Fox, late of Frederick County, Maryland, deceased,
to the Mt, Moriah Evangelical Lutheran Congregation of Fox-
ville, Frederick County, Maryland, a religious corporation, the
sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100) which said last will and
testament of Thomas C. Fox is recorded in the Office of the
Register of Wills of Frederick County, Maryland, in Liber G.
E. S. No. 2, folio 318.

To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
John P. Shafer, late of Frederick County, deceased, to the
Cemetery Board of Christ Reformed Church, of Middletown,
Maryland, a religious corporation, a trust fund of Two Thousand
Dollars ($2, 000), which said last will of the said John P. Shafer
is recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Frederick
County, Maryland, in Liber S. D. T. No. 1, folio 146.

To the bequest contained in the last will and testament and
codicil thereto of Peter L. Hargett, late of Frederick County,
deceased, to the Reformed Church of Feagaville, Ballenger Dis-
trict, Frederick County, Maryland, a religious corporation, a
trust fund of Two Thousand Dollars ($2, 000) which said last
