1390 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 573

Grace Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City to The
Trustees of the Metropolitan Methodist Episcopal Church of
Baltimore City, and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City, in Liber S. C. L. No. 4853, folio 277, etc.

To the deed and conveyance of three lots of ground in Balti-
more City, at the northeast corner of Orchard Street and Elder
Alley and on the southeast side of Moore Alley, and described
in a Deed dated March. 2, 1928, from The Trustees of the Met-
tropolitan Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City to
Grace Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber
S. C. L. No. 4853, folio 322, etc.

To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars ($100) to all Saints
Church contained in the last will and testament of Ida Hillery,
deceased, of Frederick County, the said will being recorded in
Liber G. E. S. No. 2, folio 127, etc., in the office of the Register
of Wills for Frederick County.

To the bequest of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) to Mariners
Methodist Protestant Church of Crisfield, Maryland, contained
in the last will and testament of William H. Dryden, late of
Somerset County, deceased.

To the sundry gifts, devises and bequests contained in the
last will and testament of John S. Strickler, late of Baltimore
County, deceased, which said last will and testament was duly
admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court for Baltimore County
and is now of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore County in Wills Liber W. J. P. No. 24, folio 399, that
Is to say:

(a) The sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2, 000) unto the
General Aged People's Home of Baltimore, Maryland, Men's
Department.

(b) The sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2, 000) unto the
General Aged People's Home of Baltimore, Maryland, Women's
Department.

(c) The sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2, 000) unto the Gen-
eral German Orphan Asylum of Baltimore, Maryland.

(d) The sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000) unto St.
Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore, Maryland.

(e) The sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000) unto Rev.
Philip A. Bellman, Baltimore, Maryland.

To sundry gifts, devises and (bequests contained in the last
will and testament of Julia Y. Gates, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, which said last will and, testament was duly admitted
to probate by the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City and is now
