tained in the last will and testament of Addie May Fleet, which
is recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
City, in Liber E. E. D. No. 160, folio 584, March 28, 1928.
To the Trustees of the First Baptist Church of Baltimore the
sum of One Thousand Dollars, ($1, 000).
To the deed from the Montebello Park Company to Zion
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Lauraville, dated September
30, 1913 and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
County in Liber W. P. C. No. 417, folio 407.
To the deed from the Montebello Park Company to Zion Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church of Lauraville, dated January 25, 1915,
and recorded. among the Land Records of Baltimore County in

To the deed from the Montebello Park Company to Zion Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church of Lauraville, dated September 30,
1926, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L. No. 4640, folio 317.
To the bequest of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250)
to and for the use and benefit of the Methodist Episcopal Church
of Frederick, a body corporate, given under the will of the late
William E. Filler, a resident of Frederick, said will being filed
and recorded in Liber G. E. S. No. 2, folio 345, etc., in the Office
of the Register of Wills for Frederick County, Maryland.
To the following conveyances:
(1) Deed from John T. Rodford and wife to the vestry of the
Church of the Holy Innocents of Baltimore City, dated the 28th
day of May 1912, and recorded in S. C. L. No. 2742, folio 236,
one of the land records of Baltimore City.
(2) Deed from the Vestry of the Church of the Holy In-
nocents to the Grace Memorial Baptist Church, recorded in S C.
L. No. 4968, folio 92, one of the land records of Baltimore City.
To the conveyance from Duncan McCulloch, Sr., and wife of
two acres of land, known as "McCulloch's Addition to Immanuel
Church Cemetery, " to the Vestry of Immanuel Parish, in Bal-
timore County, the said deed being dated December 7, 1928, and
recorded in the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber
W. H. M. No. 662, folio 207.
